Functionality

With the ELANEE pelvic floor training seat cushion, you can train your pelvic floor muscles incidentally in everyday life. The active principle of the seat cushion is “active sitting”. The seat cushion is simply placed on any piece of seating furniture. Unpadded surfaces are particularly suitable. The air-filled cushion creates a slight instability in the pelvis while sitting. The pelvic floor muscles compensate for this instability and are thus constantly stressed while sitting. The constant movement exercises the pelvic floor muscles. The nubby side of the seat cushion simultaneously stimulates blood circulation in the buttocks area.

Material & Cleaning

The seat cushion is made of polyvinyl chloride.

The seat cushion can be cleaned with a mild detergent and damp cloth. Please do not use any harsh cleaning agents, alcoholic or chlorinated disinfectants for cleaning and no hot air for drying!
