Pelvic Floor Training Aids - Phase I

The ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids - Phase I set comprises four equally large, tampon-shaped cones with different weights to be inserted into the vagina. After inserting the cones have to be worn up to 10 minutes as long as the pelvic floor muscles kan hold them.
Training with the biofeedback-phenomenon
A cone is prevented from slipping out through repeated spontaneous muscle contractions (“biofeedback phenomenon”) which, in the course of the training, are carried out more and more consciously. Pelvic floor exercises with biofeedback principle also ensures that you learn to become aware of and to actively control your pelvic floor muscles.
Training in Pregnancy
Particularly after pregnancy and giving birth, many women do not get a feel for their pelvic floor’s muscles. ELANEE Pelvic Floor Training Aids – Phase I may help you to become aware of your pelvic floor so that you are able to train it actively. Even if gymnastics-based exercises of the pelvic floor did fail as you are not aware of the pelvic floor muscles, exercises with the Training Aids - Phase I may have beneficial effects.
Up to 10 minutes training twice a day is sufficient.
